Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key player, you will contribute to the development of innovative healthcare solutions that leverage technologies using systems such as PHP Laravel, React, Typescript, SQL, serverless technologies and ideally experience in .NET, FHIR and HL7. Your expertise in these technologies will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help design, develop, and deploy scalable and high-performance healthcare applications.
  • Develop robust server-side components in containers using PHP and .NET (optional).
  • Experience coding and querying SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring a clean design approach with focus on performance and security.
  • Familiarity with object based and metadata storage approaches.
  • Provide input in all areas of the secure development lifecycle.
  • Maintain and improve existing applications.
  • Ensure FHIR and HL7 standards to ensure interoperability and seamless integration with healthcare systems and APIs with a security first mentality.
  • Skilled in crafting APIs for web service development
  • We are looking for someone with strong regulatory frameworks when developing.
  • Implement front-end solutions using Typescript, react, ensuring a responsive and intuitive user experience. Exposure to zero touch secure deployment strategy.
  • Experience with containerisation and serverless computing using technologies like Docker, Lambda, and other cloud services native to AWS.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, QA and other teams to implement version control using Git following a SDLC and experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Exposure in mobile application development would be a great advantage, Flutter.
  • Exposure to OAuth, 2FA, IPD and an understanding of a multi-layered security approach across the technology stack.
  • Experience with Jira and Jira sprint management

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in a professional setting.
  • Solid expertise in PHP, Typescript, Nodejs and good experience in SQL / NoSQL.
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent teamwork ethic with good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in FHIR and HL7 standards and development frameworks eg. Laravel, Angular, VueJS.
  • Experience developing APIs and ensuring they function as expected at scale across a distributed system.
  • Familiarity with API Development (REST, Web API, WCF, SOAP)
  • Experience with .NET and containers would be a benefit.
  • Familiarity with containerisation (Docker) running on serverless, serverless computing (Lambda), and cloud services.
  • Proficient with version control systems, specifically Git.
  • Experience following SDLC and clean understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Working knowledge of UX design principles.
  • Experience developing HIPAA/GDPR compliant software.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Reliable, highly motivated, with a positive can do attitude.
