Accessibility statement

We are committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring your privacy is respected at all times. Our policies explain how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your information in line with GDPR and NHS standards.

At Mayden, we understand the importance of accessibility; to remove barriers and ensure everyone has fair and equal access.

Our aim is for all of our content, websites and web applications to conform to all Level AA success criteria of the W3C’s (World Wide Web Consortium’s) WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative) WCAG 2.2 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines v2.2).

Achieving this across all of our products is a work in progress. We prioritise accessibility updates for patient and public facing products. All new development is tested to the W3C guidelines.

There may be occasions that we decide to retire or replace content, rather than undertaking accessibility updates. This will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Contact information and reporting accessibility problems
