About the Role

We are seeking a UK based Flutter Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of Wellola’s digital
health platform, helping to deliver high-quality mobile applications that support healthcare providers and patients.
You will work closely with our product, engineering, and QA teams to design, build, and maintain scalable mobile applications while ensuring security, performance, and

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality, scalable and maintainable mobile applications using
  • Flutter and other modern technologies.
  • Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve functionality, performance, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver new
    features and improvements.
  • Contribute to the secure software development lifecycle and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Integrate mobile applications with backend services and APIs.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high development
  • Troubleshoot, debug and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality, performance, and security requirements.
  • Follow and contribute to Wellola’s Information Security Management System policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience developing cross-platform mobile applications (Android and iOS) using Flutter.
  • Experience working with APIs and web services including REST, Web API, WCF,
    gRPC, GraphQL or SOAP.
  • Experience designing, developing, and testing business-critical applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.

Desirable (but not essential) experience

  • Experience working in a scale-up environment

  • Experience working in a HealthTech environment
